CURRENT BUY LIST PROMOTIONS
Receive 15% bonus on singles when you trade.
Earn up to an extra 10% bonus in store credit on singles with the following promotions!
1. 5% bonus store credit (only on trades) if the graded total is over $200. Get another 5% bonus if over $500 for 10% extra.
2. 5% bonus store credit (for all buy orders) on NM singles with buy prices greater than $0.05 when you sell us 10 or more of the same card. For example: If you sell us 10 of the same NM card for at $10 each, you will receive an extra $5 in store credit .
3. 100% bonus in cash or trade when you sell us 20 or more of the same NM single with buy prices of $0.01-$0.05. For example: If you sell us 20 of the same card for .05 and 10 are NM you will receive an extra $0.50 .
4. We are accepting up to an additional 20 of each single in excess of the listed acceptable quantities so all extra bonuses are applicable on all singles. . For Example: If the buy list says we are only buying five of a card you may send us up to 25 of that card.
Simply mark the maximum amount on your buy order and include the extras when you ship them.
If the singles have buy prices of $01-.05ea, only excess NM cards will be accepted with better conditions being graded first.

Bonuses are only applicable on the accepted buy price and not on each other.
All cards in less than NM condition will be paid as normal.

 GENERAL INFORMATION AND UPDATES 
Please read the following in order to get the most benefit out of our buy list
I am currently going on vacation for a bit in a few months. The buy list will remain open until two weeks before I leave. While I will match most competitor buy prices, please keep in mind that some prices are subject to change if they are not up to date.
If you wish to sell us cards that are not listed, then simply email us a list of what you wish to sell and we will add them to our buy list if we need them.    
We are currently offering to price matching most US based competitor buy prices if we have less than 12 Near Mint versions of that card in stock.
 Due to popular request we are currently reformulating and updating our buy list prices to offer higher cash prices. If you want to sell us a card and notice the price has changed since our last update simply email or IM us about it and we will change it if we agree. please feel free to email us if you wish to negotiate buy prices with us. 
Please note that we are currently only buying non-english singles with buy prices of $0.35 and up.

WE DO BUY FOILS and also pay more for them. We have two options for selling us non-promo foils
1. Simply add them to the buy order as if they weren't foil and we will change the price when they are received.
2. You can send us a list of the foils you wish to sell and we will manually add the prices to the buy list  
 We usually pay 2x our normal non-foil NM buy price foils but sometimes pay more or less.
If you are requesting store credit and using option 1, any foils you are selling that have non-foil buy prices of $0.15 or less will not be eligible for the bonus.
Orders using option 2 for the entire order will be eligible for the bonus.
Foils are checked for prices on each buy order when you use option 2. So if you include a foil Globlin Welder or Karmic guide you will definitely receive a lot more than the normal doubled price.

***Bulk Magic Rares $0.12 each or $125.00 per 1000 (LP to NM.)
  We do not accept the following as bulk Rares: Time Spiral purple "Timeshifted" or Unhinged. All Chronicles U1's, Fallen Empires U1's, or Homelands U1's are not rares and will not be accepted
***Bulk Magic FOIL Commons/Uncommons/Lands .05ea or $55 per 1000
***Bulk Magic FOIL Rares $0.30ea or $350 per 1000
***Bulk Magic Alpha/Beta commons/uncommons (LP-NM) $0.35ea or $400 per 1000 (HP will be accepted at half price)
***Portal 3 Kingdoms C/U/R (LP-NM and any language): .10 for commons, .25 for uncommons, $1 for rares
***Fat Pack Spindown D20 Life Counters $1ea. (We are currently accepting up to 20 of each color per set except we are not accepting FTV: Exiled, Zendikar, and Fire/Lightning at the moment)

The following rules apply for bulk cards you sell us:

1. Prices for bulk cards are for English versions only. All non-english bulk cards will be valued at half of the above rates rounded down and in minimum quantities of 100 for each foreign language . We currently do not accept bulk cards in the following languages: Chinese, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian (except for legends).
2. We expect at least 95% of bulk cards to range from LP-NM condition. Orders with excessive amounts of HP or worse condition bulk may be rejected. We have raised our prices to reflect this. We will always offer to return any rejected cards and will usually offer a reduced rate if you'd rather not have them sent back..
3. Orders with excessive amounts of cards from any one given set may be rejected. Please let us know ahead of time if this is the case. (for example: you are selling us 1000 bulk rares from a single set left over from boxes you opened. Quantities of individual bulk rares and foils over 30 of an individual card or 5% of what you’re selling us is generally considered excessive.
4. Please make sure the cards and package are secure to prevent them from shifting while in transit. All cards should be arranged facing same direction both front to back and top to bottom. Bulk cards not arranged in this manner will be purchased at 75% of our advertised price.


We are not buying the following bulk at this time

***Bulk English Basic Land (We are currently buying bulk foreign land in all languages. Please contact us for pricing.)

GRADING

NM:  This card is virtually indistinguishable from a pack fresh card but may have extremely minor flaws barely visible up close to the naked eye. This card does not have to be perfect but near perfect.

NM- - : This card is very close to NM but may show very light wear on up to two edges and with minimal to no surface scratching. This is NOT the same as NM.
Only cards with buy prices greater than or equal to $5 will be purchased in this condition.

Light Play (SP/EX+): This card shows minor to light edge wear and may show some light surface wear. It will not show any major points of wear.
Foils in this condition may show light clouding and wear on the face of the card.
NM- cards with buy prices less than $5 will be purchased as this condition.

Heavy Played (PL/HP/EX and below):  This card shows consistent moderate to heavy wear on at three or more edges and may have moderate face wear and/or light scratches. It's still tournament legal but definitely not lightly played. We don't differentiate between levels of played. Light shuffle creases on the top may fall under this condition.

Heavily Played cards with buy prices less than $0.25 will not be accepted at all. 

Damaged (Poor): This card shows very heavy whitening and wear on most if not all edges and surfaces. It may be inked, bent, creased, dented, and/or not tournament legal.



CARDS NOT ACCEPTED 
Heavily Played condition Singles with buy prices less than .25 will generally not be accepted. Please take note of this when selling us cards.
We do not currently purchase cards in damaged condition or any cards with creases, bends, tears, inked, or with alterations. Signed cards may be accepted but will be considered as LP provided the actual condition of the card is at least LP. Please contact us if you have signed cards you wish to sell.

HOW TO SELL TO US

 Payment will usually be sent the same day your order has been received, graded, and approved by you if necessary.
Paypal payments will sometimes be paid using our company credit card. When this happens we will add 3% to your total payment to cover the difference in paypal fees.
We will automatically send payment if the total after grading is no more than 15% different from your buy order. Otherwise we will wait for your apporval unless you specify otherwise.

The current minimum buylist order is $10.00 
Please read below about how to use our buy list.
1. Please make sure you are in buying mode by clicking on the buylist tab at the top. From this point you can fill out the buy list by browsing by set, typing individual cards into the search bar, or. You can also click on our "search builder" tab and type/copy a list into it to make things faster (the search builder will not pull up promotional cards so you will have to add those in separately).
2. To checkout, simply click the “View Buylist (Sumbit)” link in Cart Summary page.
3. To complete your order, simply follow the prompts.
4. Wait for your approval email for the order and double check it before shipping out the order in case any changes have been made to it. 5. Please make sure to package your cards in the same order as they appear on your receipt and to package them safely so they arrive in the same condition as they were shipped in. They should be packed front to back with the first card in the order facing up and all others following. Failure to do so will result in a 10% pentaly to your entire order.
Many buy orders have come in with overly expensive shipping options. The information below is to help you find the least expensive shipping method. 
Envelope: Generally not recommended as they don't protect cards as well and don't allow for tracking. White envelopes will fit up to 10 cards if taped properly. #6 Coin envelopes will fit up to 20 cards
small bubble mailer: #000 - fits up to 30 cards in penny sleeves , small snap cases, or deck boxes and sandwiched with a top loader for protection
large bubble mailer: #00, #0 - fits up to 2 50ct snap cases or deck boxes filled with cards. larger bubble mailers can fit a lot more
For those of you in the U.S. :
First Class mail with Delivery Confirmation can be used for orders of less than 200 cards before it will cost less to use priority mail boxes
Priority mail options below -
Standard Priority Mail Option - Should be used for orders between 200-600 cards
Small Flat Rate Priority Mail Box - will fit up to 200 cards safely.
Medium Flat Rate Priority Mail Box - will fit up to 3000 cards safely. You should use this for between
Large Flat Rate Priority Mail Box - Will fit up to 5000-6000 cards safely
UPS/FEDEX/DHL services may cost less for orders over 6000 cards
If you don't have bubble wrap or packing popcorn, plastic shopping bags are great for filling up space without adding too much weight.
6. You will be notified by email as soon as your order is graded. All cards in less than NM condition will be paid based on the condition chart below

The Grading Scale below is how much we pay for cards based on their conditions.
Please remember that NM- prices apply ONLY to cards where the buy price is over $5
We may offer higher prices on less than NM cards with buy prices over $15. Please email us a list with conditions to negotiate better pricing ahead of time although you'll notice that we generally will automatically bump up the price on many higher value singles if we are low in stock on them.

We are no longer accepting LP cards (NM only now) with buy prices of $0.01.
Reductions for higher priced cards for LP and HP conditions
NM- and LP cards will be paid out at the same rate.

For Example: a card with a buy price of $50 would pay $40 if NM- or LP, $30 if HP, and $20 if Damaged/Poor

understand that while we don't purchase HP condition cards priced less than $.35, many of you don't find it worth your time to sort out the HP rares. We will now offer the same rates on normal HP cards with the exception of the store credit bonus not being applicable on HP bulk rares
Please note that we consider all singles with buy prices less than .35 as bulk even though we may offer more than bulk rates on many.

7. Payment will be sent promptly once your Buy List order has been processed and completed.
8. We currently offer 15% trade bonus in store credit on all non-bulk items. We offer a small trade-in bonus on large quantities of bulk. Please contact us for more details on this.
9. We recommend that you ship your order with tracking, as you are responsible for getting your orders to us safely. Please ship your cards within seven business days of your confirmation email.
10. Once your order has been graded, we will contact you if we had to make any significant changes or there were significant price differenes ( usually LP condition values or than 75% of final value). Please let us know if you would like us to contact you for approval before we make payment.
11. If you want to have the rejected cards returned, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your payout.
12. We reserve the right to refuse to purchase any item at any time. If we need to make unexpected changes on prices we will notify you and offer to ship those items back at our expense.
13. We will accept most foreign cards with buy prices of $.50 and up. Italian Legends singles will be accepted at 50% of our English prices and foreign P3K cards will be paid at 60% of the english prices.
14. When sending your approved orders please include the following information with your order:
Please note that we only require you to ship the first and last pages of your buy list printout form so you won't have to mail us all 10 pages).
If selling us bulk or non-english cards please remember to include an extra page on your buy list with a list and language of those cards.
This list should be organized as follows:
Bulk: QTY - Type of Bulk - language (if not English) - Price
Foreign singles: QTY - Card Name - Language - Edition - Price

We offer payment through paypal, check, and store credit
If you are requesting a check please include an SASE (Self Addressed Stamped Envelope) so we can send you your check. If you are outside of the United States please include the envelope without the stamp to prevent a $1 deduction for not doing so.

We also offer a consignment program for rarities and high ticket items that we are not currently buying.
These items include:
Power 9 and other high ticket items
Rarities such as test prints, Edgar Summer, etc.
Sealed product (for example: Alpha, Beta, Unlimited, Revised, and P3K booster boxes.) We will also consign sealed boxes in any foreign languages.

How our consignment feature works.
1. Send an email with a list of the items you wish to consign to sales@globalmtg.com
2. Mail us the items you wish us consign for holding and verification of authenticity.
3. If I am out of stock of the item you wish to sell you can even choose what price you want me to list it at.
4. A commission will be deducted from the total balance (15-25% depending on the item and the consignment agreement).
5. You will have the option to be paid out through paypal, check, or store credit. If you choose store credit you will get an extra 5-10% added to your commission payout.
